– FounderSarah holds Law Degrees from the University of Ottawa in Canada and the University of the South Pacific in Fiji Islands.
Sarah practices several areas of immigration law including but not limited to business immigration including all types of work permits, Labour Market Impact Assessments ( LMIA), CUSMA and other international agreements, GSS work permits, Intra-Company Transfers, business visitors, study permits, permanent residence applications through Express Entry and the Provincial Nominee programs, and compliance under the IMP and TFWP programs. Sarah has experience helping individuals and corporate
clients and she worked at corporate immigration firm and Seligman Law before founding CDM Law with
Mr. Desire Mwanga.
Desire Mwanga
– Legal AssociateMr. Mwanga holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Law from a Civil Jurisdiction. He has 10 years’
experience in Criminal Defense. He worked as a Legal Advisor for the National Security Council of Congo
and is an avid human rights activist. He has provided legal advice at a national level and advised on
national security and foreign policies. He has experience in various immigration matters and his
expertise is invaluable to this firm. He is fluent in English and French.
